Our Approach

We provide a structure to conversations that help our clients to understand the dynamics of the situation their role within it. This starts from an initial, commitment discussion in which the issues are reviewed and a plan for the work is agreed. Something specific goals are also discussed. The design is specifically tailored to meet the needs and life style of the individual. Typical approaches include:


  • A six month programme with 6 face to face sessions, each up to 90 minutes
  • Open ended weekly session for an hour
  • Up to 4 sessions, each 90 minutes long every two weeks

 

Support can also be given between sessions via email and phone calls.
